A modern-day studio, we tell stories and create visuals for music, live events, docs & films.

Komeda Films is a London-based company, founded in November 2015 by Nicola Sersale.

The name Komeda is inspired by the Polish film composer and jazz pianist Krzysztof Komeda. He was responsible for scoring, amongst others, Andrzej Wajda's 'Innocent Sorcerers' (1960), Roman Polanski's 'Rosemary’s Baby (1968)' and 'Knife in the Water (1962)’.

Komeda was a histrionic artist with an eclectic and unorthodox style of music; not only was he able to improvise perfectly crafted tunes, he could also create structured and atmospheric soundtracks that would always raise the film to new dimension.

Similarly, Komeda Films wants to be just as dynamic, producing highly original and engaging material which captivates and influences viewers.
